The Corporate and Markets segment specializes in corporate banking, wholesale financial markets, specialized acquisition finance and large transaction property lending business, across the RoI, UK and internationally, with offices in Ireland, the UK, the US, Germany, France and Spain. The Group Centre segment comprises group technology and customer solutions, group finance, group risk, group internal audit, group marketing and group people services. Other reconciling items represent inter segment transactions, which are eliminated upon consolidation and the application of hedge accounting at Group level.
