After you have registered and verified your account, you will be asked to provide more detailed information about your company and the intended use of your Bitpanda business account in the customer portal.

We also require the following documents:

• Current company register extract - not older than 6 weeks

• Current extract from the local register of beneficial owners - not older than 6 weeks

• Bank statements of all relevant bank accounts showing the latest account transactions, the current balance, the company name, and the IBAN - not older than 3 weeks

• Most recent audited annual accounts or detailed business plan with financial forecast if the company has only recently been founded and no annual accounts are yet available

• If the ownership structure has more than one level: A dated and signed ownership structure chart including the full name of the individuals/entities along with their country of residence/registered office and shareholding percentages

• If funds from other sources (e.g. loans, real estate sales, cryptocurrencies from other wallets) are intended for deposit at Bitpanda, we require additional proof of the origin of the funds in fiat or cryptocurrencies 

Depending on the legal form and company structure, the documents may vary or additional documents may be required.

Deposits and withdrawals are only possible once you have completed all of the above steps and your application has been approved.

We will inform you as soon as the review has been completed. From then on, you will have full access to all available features.

Please consider that there are services or countries of incorporation which we do not support. Also, even though your country/service is accepted, your onboarding application may not be accepted due to other internal business policy reasons.

As soon as you have completed all the steps in the customer portal, we will check your application and you will receive feedback from us within a few working days.

The processing time until your account is activated depends heavily on whether the information and documents you provide are complete and up-to-date. For this reason, please ensure that you fulfil all relevant requirements.

The payout is distributed monthly and based on the amount of money you had invested and the duration of investing. Your dividend will get paid on the fourth Austrian bank working day of the next month you moved your asset to Bitpanda Cash Plus. 

Your total yields and the next payout date are always visible in your Cash balance overview in your Bitpanda wallet. All past payouts can be found in your transaction history.
