BEST and Pantos were built with distinct, valuable purposes—BEST acted as the key to our loyalty programme, while Pantos focused on interoperability across blockchains, one of Web3’s biggest challenges. Over time, it became clear that their strengths could—and should—be brought together.

The merge into Vision is more than a consolidation. It’s a strategic reset. By unifying both tokens into one, we’re simplifying the token landscape, removing long-standing limitations, and finally enabling a token that’s ready to grow beyond Bitpanda’s borders. Vision is built to operate across platforms, protocols, and ecosystems—with the flexibility, governance, and utility to thrive in a fully onchain future. This opens the door to global exchange listings and decentralised liquidity. And yes, that will fix the Coin Market Cap issue ;)

We believe Web3 is the next generation of the internet—open, decentralised, and user-owned. Vision is our answer to that future. With a clean foundation and true onchain governance, it will open the door to new partnerships, integrations, and real-world use cases across established Web3 ecosystems. This is more than a token upgrade. It’s the start of something much bigger.

The conversion rates were determined by averaging the daily closing prices of PAN and BEST over 30 days, ending on 25.03.2025.

• The merge date is still pending. Price changes of BEST or PAN after 25.03.2025 do not affect the conversion rates.

• Holders will be able to convert their tokens at the following fixed rates:

• • 1 BEST = 4.91 VSN

  • 1 PAN = 0.89 VSN

• Trading for BEST and PAN will be disabled before VSN goes live. Holders will get notified in advance

Should you not want to accept the merge, you are welcome to take your BEST and/or PAN to an external wallet. Bear in mind, however, that we will not offer any kind of trading markets for either BEST or PAN after the merge has started. All BEST and PAN that remain on Bitpanda will be automatically converted one year after the initial merge event.

The Vision Loyalty Programme moves beyond rigid VIP tiers. Benefits like voting power and Spotlight rewards now scale smoothly with your engagement—the more you hold/stake, the more you unlock.

All current BEST VIPs will keep their increased staking rewards and boosted Bitpanda Cash Plus yields — based on their VIP level at the time the merge date is announced — until the end of 2025, no matter how much they hold.

From 2026 onward, you’ll be able to continue enjoying these benefits through the Bitpanda Club.

Please note: After the merge date is announced, it will no longer be possible to unlock new BEST VIP levels. Also, with the launch of the Vision loyalty programme, the BEST Weekly Rewards and Instant Trade Bonus will be phased out — making room for staking rewards and bringing back trade fee discounts.

Yes — and the good news is: BEST VIP4 and VIP5 members at the time the merge date is announced will retain their Bitpanda Club status until the end of 2025, regardless of their current holdings. So there’s no need to worry — your status is secure for now. It will however no longer possible to enter the Club or upgrade your status through BEST holdings, once the merge date has been announced. Starting in 2026, VSN holdings will no longer grant automatic access to the Club — however, you’ll still be able to qualify through trading activity, as always.
